Besides quality, we prioritize health and safety of our workers, visitors, contractors or any one, who is even remotely associated with our operations. We have ensured periodical medical check-up and also the necessary safety training is conducted in our plant time to time.

Management

The management is responsible for weaving a protected environment by keeping the plant and equipment in safe condition. Additionally, we continue to inculcate the values of safety at workplace through our top-notch training modules.

Workers

It's mandatory for our employees to adhere to the safety requirements meant to protect them and the plant from damage. A few important measures that they are obliged to take are:

• Use personal protective clothing as and when required
• Report accidents without delay
• Report initial signs of damage to their supervisors or managers
• Stay updated with the latest safety instructions spelt out from time to time
• Not to tamper with anything offered for personal safety
• Prioritize others' safety as well

First Aid Training

Leading the workplace safety practices at Gajanan Group of Companies is first aid training. All our workers have basic first aid training since it makes for an integral part of legal and social compliance requirement for all businesses. Our periodic First Aid Training drills encompass diverse emergency medical modules. Our workers, as such, are well acquainted with:
